This program was developed for the Hospital Improvement and Innovation Network Antimicrobial Stewardship program. 10 CPE are provided for the completion of the webinar program through the New York State Council of Healthsystem Pharmacists (NYSCHP) and funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
