September 23-24, 2019
Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square

NEW THIS YEAR!

HAP's HIIN Sepsis Conference has joined HAP's Patient Safety &
Quality Symposium

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Join HAP on September 23 and 24, 2019, at the Lancaster Marriott for HAP’s Patient Safety, Quality, and Sepsis Symposium. Combining the HAP Hospital Improvement Innovation Network (HIIN) Sepsis Conference and the association’s premier Patient Safety and Quality event into one symposium, gives you and your team the opportunity for rich networking and learning throughout the two-day session.

The sepsis conference, funded through the Center for Medicare and Medicaid’s Partnership for Patients HIIN, will open the symposium on Monday, September 23, followed by a keynote presentation and networking reception to kick-off the Patient Safety and Quality Symposium. We'll hear from member hospitals during interactive breakout sessions on Tuesday, September 24, followed by a networking lunch and speaker. Don’t miss the opportunity to earn credits and network with peers from other Pennsylvania hospital teams!
