HAP’s HIIN program capitalizes on its HEN 1.0 and HEN 2.0 successes, makes enhancements using lessons learned, and devises strategies to support and drive results with the PfP goals. HIIN work is designed to create a new patient safety and quality of care improvement platform to rapidly engage hospital participants with a goal of accelerated, significant and measurable reductions in patient harm.
